SCHOOLS AND YOUTH GROUPS

Adventure plus 09 offers courses at a group rate for schools and youth clubs, courses are run at our clients premises giving teachers and youth leaders the oppurtunity to bring new experiences to their pupils within a budget.

These courses are charged at a class rate rather than an individual price making them affordable to both small and large groups.

All of these courses can be structured to fit your schedule.Why not run them during lunch time or as an after school club?

First Aid courses are available to children of any age with no lower age limit. Maximum class size for this course is twelve students.

The full course takes six hours but can be broken down into modules to suit your schedule.

On completion students are awarded a certificate this could be the first time that they gain recognition of their achievements out side of the school enviroment boosting their confidence and encouraging the will to learn.

This is an environmental course covering the Worlds Aquatic ecosystems, the effects of World pollution, suggestions and information about specific actions that may help to conserve this precious environment.

The maximum class size is fifteen students and consists of multi media presentations coupled with hands on experiences.

Use this course to promote science and geography projects as well as general interest in conservation.

On completion students are presented with a certificate of attendance.

This course aims to teach students basic map and compass skills and covers map features, magnetic variation, grid references, bearings and the construction of route cards.

The course can be completed in an hour and is for a maximum class size of tweenty students. On completion the students are presented with a certificate of attendance. This course is ideal to support geography lessons and can be combined with field trips.

Why not give your students the experience of breathing underwater. Discover Scuba Diving courses are aimed at students with no previous experience of using Scuba equipment and is an ideal boost to any P.E. lesson.

The minimum age is ten years old and student maturity is required.

On completion of the Discover Scuba Diving course why not let your students progress onto a full Scuba Diving qualification.
